SEMINARS ON ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS

 

The Peterborough Affordable Housing Committee is pleased to announce that on June 14th and 17th we will be hosting a free ADU seminar, in collaboration with the Office of Planning & Building and with support from AARP NH and New Hampshire Housing, called “Accessory Dwelling Units Made Easy: How to Add a Small, Secondary Home to Your Property”. We’re offering the same seminar on two different days to accommodate the schedules of our community members.

Topics include:

  • What are ADUs?
  • Experiences of owners and occupants
  • ADU building and permitting process
  • Financing

 

PLUS – free ADU book raffle and complimentary refreshments at each event

Registration is free but is required to attend the seminar as seating is limited. Please register no later than Friday, June 9.
