Whitney Brothers Concludes Successful First-Ever “Whitney Repair Day” For Keene Customers
Two teams of volunteer company technicians visited Keene customer sites to repair its products at no charge.
Keene, NH, December 21, 2023 – Acclaimed Early Learning furniture brand Whitney Brothers today announced the successful completion of its inaugural Whitney Repair Day, a new company program in which teams of volunteer company technicians periodically will visit pre-arranged Keene customer sites to repair its products free of charge.
On December 20, two teams of company technicians visited Rise for Baby and Family, Making Community Connections charter school, the Child Development Center at Keene State College and the Head Start at Southwestern Community Services to complete light repair work on a variety of its items in use at each location. The service work was organized following requests from customers who responded to the company’s introduction of the repair day on October 30.
The company plans to conduct Whitney Repair Day twice per year initially and then adjust the ongoing schedule as determined by customer need. Customers located in Keene whose Whitney Brothers products need service or light repair are encouraged to send a request to info@whitneybros.com.
“Our business is global but we believe it’s important to support the community where we live and work,” said Mike Jablonski, Whitney Brothers president. “Whitney Repair Day is one of many ways we show our appreciation to local customers and support our local community in very meaningful ways.”
