Sponsorship Opportunities and Benefits 2024

 

There are 4 ways to participate (and get listed in the directory map to drive traffic to your business) and 2 ways to sponsor.  Please email Mark Rebillard at Mark@DeepRootsMB.com to let us know what you’d like to do! (Deadline Wednesday, 1/24/24)

Be a Hot Chocolate Station – We’ll supply the 4oz cups and carafes, you supply the materials and staff to serve your store’s signature hot chocolate.  Not for the faint of heart – some stores went through 12 gallons last year.

Be a part of the Find the Yeti Scavenger Hunt – We’ll supply a little snow monster that you can hide in your store. Kids and adults who can find them all win a prize.

Window Dressing – Compete for the bragging rights of the COOLEST winter themed window display.

Make your own magic – Nobody does it better than you. Have a sale, hire a musician or artist or actor, host an event, add special menu items.  Let us know if you need ideas or want to collaborate.  Whatever you plan, be sure to let us know and we’ll put it on the event guide.

Give us money and we’ll give it to a clown…

…or a face painter, DJ, magician, balloon artist or ice carver!  The Keene Ice & Snow Festival is produced by an all-volunteer committee and 100% of donations go directly to making a better festival and business day for downtown merchants.  All donations of any amount are greatly appreciated and we’ll be sure to thank you on our facebook, instagram and google pages.

Full sponsorship level information is below, but here’s two levels we hope you’ll do.

  • Roaming Entertainment or Ice Carver Sponsorship ($250) your business name on the flyers & your logo on all signage and signs for the ice carver.  Some ice carver locations are still available. Let me know if you’re interested in hosting one in front of your business.
  • General Sponsors ($100) will be listed business as a sponsor on the flyers and signage.

$500 Entertainment Sponsor
Prominent Logo Placement on Entertainment Area Signs, Events & Festival Map
Event publicity (Newspaper, Map-Information Sheet, Flyers -Posters)

$250 Roaming Entertainment or Ice Carver Sponsor (10 of 12 Available)
Sponsor Name & Logo in Two Entertainment Areas or One Ice Carving Pedestal
Ice Carving in front of your store. (subject to festival layout and and artist availability)
