Based on a true story, Jamie is a 16-year-old who doesn’t quite fit in…he dreams of becoming a drag queen. He is supported by his loving mother and his best friend, Pritti, who reassures Jamie that his difference is what makes him beautiful. Jamie contends with an unsupportive father, an uninspired careers advisor and bullying by school kids who attempt to rain on his sensational parade.
